Overnight Oats Upgraded

Overnight oats are a healthy way to prep for the morning without having to think too much about it. Oats are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Loaded with heart healthy soluble fiber, which has numerous benefits including reducing LDL and total cholesterol levels. Oats are satisfying & versatile, giving you many options. Use healthful fresh ingredients, blueberries are my favorite!

Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a super savvy way to get breakfast on the go + get heart healthy fiber and many vitamins and minerals to energize your day. Grab a mason jar or container with a lid and let's go!

  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1 tbsp organic ground flax
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mason jar or container of choice with a lid

  2. Add berries and almond butter

  3. Add unsweetened almond milk and mix well 

  4. Place in the fridge overnight 

Oats are a great go-to easy breakfast on the go. Enjoy!
