Hello! I am HAPPY you’re here!

I’m Kristina, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by profession, fitness enthusiast and yogi by day and frequent recipe experimenter and tester by evening. When I am not cooking up new recipes at home, I am out discovering the healthiest delicious bites at cool restaurants.

I love to cook, but hate doing dishes so I would rather just go out. 🙂  I find it SO helpful to have healthy food that is easily prepared in a pinch in my pantry and kitchen. I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to your health. A healthy lifestyle is a lifelong journey and perfection is not part of the journey.

I love cookbooks, great music, all animals, natural beauty products, almonds, anything peanut butter, yummy food, coffee, a great glass of wine or fresh green juice. 

In addition to all my life loves it just so happens I also love nutrition. I can see the positive impact nutrition has on my life and want to spread the “wealth” when it comes to nutrition with YOU.

She is also qualified to teach The Mindful Based Eating Awareness (MB-EAT) Program. Kristina is a lifelong learner, always striving to stay up to date with the latest nutrition research and trends. Kristina is also a member of the The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

My business plan and inspiration for creating this biz has allowed me to strategically align my passion for nutrition and health to help others.

“Spreading Nutritional Wealth” allows me to share, motivate and coach those ready to elevate their health to the next level.

I encourage and support people to develop a lifetime of healthy lifestyle practices, mindfulness and well-being that complements their individual lifestyle.

One of my biggest motivators in helping others reach their full health potential, is seeing the powerful changes nutrition has played in my life, knowing I can share this with others is motivating and exciting.  A healthy lifestyle is especially important when life challenges us. As we know, life is going to throw us challenges along the way, and when it does you want to be ready feeling your best and healthiest version of YOU.

One of the best things about my job, is seeing the clients I work with meet and exceed their health goals.

I do not believe that health and nutrition will fix everything.

I do believe however, that a healthy mind and healthy body are essential to living the best life possible.  A mindful lifestyle will also help in appreciating the good, given various life challenges. Presently, I’m feeling focused and free to strive to live a healthy life filled with gratitude. Life is meant to be a journey and for me, to expect the unexpected is part of the journey.
